Remote Client Service Manager

Estithmar Holding is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client services, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining client relationships remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of remote clients and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 5. Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement. 6. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase client satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Monitor key performance metrics to track client success and identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and planning abilities. 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 7. Driven and resilient personality traits. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
