Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client service management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and drive business growth. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and build strong rapport. 4. Monitor client accounts to track performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 5. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, serving as their main point of contact for any inquiries or assistance needed. 6. Utilize planning and research skills to identify trends, market opportunities, and potential challenges that may impact client relationships. 7. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our services. 8. Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously improve client service processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, preferably in a remote work setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships. 5. Resilient and able to adapt to changing client needs and expectations. 6. Strong planning and research skills to anticipate client needs and proactively address them. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members. 8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
