Job Description - Client Service Manager

Qatar Foundation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in client services. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, detail-oriented, and adaptable.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner - Prepare reports and presentations for clients on a regular basis - Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the education sector is a plus
