Remote Client Service Manager

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will be reliable and energetic, with strong soft skills in strategic planning and people management.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through regular communication and meetings - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Work with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on performance - Handle any client issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in client service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
