Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Qatar Solar Technologies is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha. As a part-time role with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior, the successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations. 3. Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients. 5. Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status and performance. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Adaptability to changing client needs and priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
