Job Description:
QatarDebate is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Remote Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing client relationships remotely. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address their inquiries and provide support. 2. Manage client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 4. Research industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations to clients. 5. Create and maintain client profiles and records to track interactions and preferences. 6. Monitor client feedback and proactively address any issues or concerns. 7. Develop strategies to improve client engagement and retention. 8. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client satisfaction and key performance indicators. 9. Stay updated on product offerings and updates to effectively communicate with clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in remote communication tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 7. Strong research and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
