Job Description - Client Service Manager


Job Description:


Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and have at least 6 years of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project progress - Participate in client meetings and presentations - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client service or a similar role - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
