Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, passionate, and possess strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to upsell services or expand offerings - Prepare and deliver presentations to existing and potential clients - Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for client inquiries - Track and report on key performance indicators related to client accounts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in client service or account management - Proven ability to manage client relationships remotely - Strong communication and presentation skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
