Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Qatar Museums is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting various client projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client service roles, with proven resilience and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met. 2. Manage client communications and inquiries effectively and professionally. 3. Coordinate and oversee client projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. 4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. 6. Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement. 7. Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts and projects. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client service management. 9. Handle any issues or escalations from clients promptly and efficiently.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service roles, with at least 5 years of experience. 3. Strong project management and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. 6. Resilient and resourceful in handling challenging situations. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 8. Experience in the cultural sector or museums is a plus.
