Job Description - Client Service Manager

Description:


Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This position is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery of services to clients - Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide regular updates and reports on client satisfaction and performance metrics to senior management - Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in client service management, with at least 8 years of relevant experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to persuade and influence others - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
