Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Katara Hospitality is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth opportunities for the company.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and virtual meetings - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to meet client needs - Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new business opportunities - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Prepare regular reports and updates on client accounts for management review - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to showcase company offerings


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in client service management, preferably in a remote work setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Motivated and dedicated to achieving client satisfaction - Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team - Knowledge of CRM systems and remote communication tools - Cooperation and planning skills to coordinate client activities effectively
