Remote Client Service Manager

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic and hardworking, with excellent presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels including email, phone, and video calls - Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery - Keep track of client metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
