Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a motivated and passionate Client Service Manager to work remotely from home in Doha. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of any issues - Utilize emotional intelligence and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or feedback - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services with existing clients


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client service management or a related field - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients - Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
