Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and driven Client Service Manager to join our team at Sidra Medicine. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services. This is a part-time role that can be done remotely from home.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. - Lead and manage client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. - Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience. - Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients.


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a client service or similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent people management and project management skills. - Motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
