Job Description: We are looking for a talented Client Service Manager to join our team at MEEZA. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing their accounts. This is a part-time, work from home position for someone with 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Manage client accounts, including contract renewals and upselling opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Analyze client data to identify trends and provide insights for improving client experiences - Develop and implement client service strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in client service management or a related field - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
