Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, QA. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all their inquiries and concerns. 2. Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet those needs, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. 3. Coordinate with different departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their progress and performance. 5. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and increase revenue generation. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and motivated personality traits. 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
