Job Description:
As a Client Service Manager at Qatar Sports Investments, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and possess excellent teamwork and people management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences 2. Coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns 3. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any areas for improvement 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients 5. Manage a team of client service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed 6. Prepare regular reports on client feedback, service metrics, and team performance 7. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus 7. A proactive approach to problem-solving 8. Availability to work part-time hours 9. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions 10. Hold a gym membership or be willing to obtain one for access to fitness facilities
