Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client projects and services. 4. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account activities and performance. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 6. Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management on client feedback and performance.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. 3. Strong leadership and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
