Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team at Woqod in Doha, QA. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to address their needs and concerns - Provide information about our products and services to clients - Assist clients in completing transactions and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client satisfaction - Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to changing circumstances and client needs - Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends - Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service - Motivated to succeed and grow within the company
