Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain and update client records in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance client experience - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up - Work independently to address client needs and provide personalized service - Meet performance targets and goals set by the company
Requirements: - Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions - Excellent communication skills and ability to persuade and influence others - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks - Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to client issues - No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
