Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Service Officer to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company in Doha. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and requests through various communication channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Maintain client records and update information as necessary - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to make recommendations for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or related role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Passionate and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Soft skills in presentation and people management - Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
