Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team at Qatar Airways in Doha. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences. 5. Prepare reports on client feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels to inform business decisions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve overall client service processes and procedures. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the client experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Resilient and adaptable to changing circumstances. 7. Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address client needs proactively.
