Job Description - Remote Client Service Officer


Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve client issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Provide accurate information about our services, rates, and policies to clients. 4. Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and concerns. 5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to better assist clients. 6. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and provide ongoing support. 7. Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed. 8. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Motivated and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Proficiency in using MS Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
