Job Description:
Msheireb Properties is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Handle client complaints and escalations effectively and efficiently - Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding issues
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resilient personality traits to effectively handle client interactions - Strong persuasion and analysis skills to effectively communicate with clients and identify their needs - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
