Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Msheireb Properties is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure client needs are met - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Provide regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to management


Requirements: - Proven experience in client service or a related field - Strong planning and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software


Personality traits: - Dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients - Confident in dealing with various client issues and challenges


Soft skills: - Strong planning skills to effectively manage client relationships - People management skills to handle client interactions and ensure their satisfaction
