Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Barwa Group is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with clients. 2. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. 5. Maintain accurate client records and update client information as needed. 6. Provide feedback to management on client trends and preferences. 7. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members effectively. 6. Experience in people management and teamwork. 7. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
