Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Foundation is seeking a Client Service Officer to work from home on a part-time basis in Doha. The ideal candidate for this Associate-level position should have at least 3 years of experience in client service roles. The Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing client inquiries and issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their needs and concerns - Manage client accounts and provide updates on services and products - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Develop strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of client satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on client trends and issues - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies - Complete administrative tasks as needed to support client service operations

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Creative problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
