Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Meddy, a leading healthcare technology company based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in client service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our services. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions that meet client needs. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their overall satisfaction with our services. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client profiles in our CRM system. 7. Assist in creating client reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional client service. 2. Strong adaptability skills to navigate different client personalities and situations effectively. 3. Ability to engage in strategic planning to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in a client service role is required.
