Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

In this role as a Remote Client Service Representative at BeIN Sports, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships with our valued customers. This is a part-time position based in Doha, Qatar, with the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our platform. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients who are interested in BeIN Sports services. 4. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and offer solutions to enhance their experience. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues effectively. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in our CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and BeIN Sports offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of client service experience. 2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. 3. Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. 4. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. 5. Critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and resolve client issues. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
