Client Service Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team at Qatar Rail in Doha. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions
