Job Description - Client Service Representative

Job Description:


Hamad Medical Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.


Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner 2. Listen to client inquiries and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions 3. Maintain client records and update information as needed 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues 5. Educate clients on products and services offered by the company 6. Handle client complaints and escalate complex issues as needed 7. Keep track of client feedback and make recommendations for improvement 8. Meet and exceed client service targets and goals set by the company 9. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong decision-making abilities 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment 5. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry is a plus 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
