Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a confident and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our team in Doha. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to provide support and assistance - Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions and updating information - Educate clients on our products and services to help them make informed decisions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Excellent adaptability to handle a variety of client needs and situations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
