Job Description:

Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to interact with clients - Document client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Resourceful and able to work independently - Passionate about providing exceptional service to clients - Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks - Comfortable working from home and managing time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
