Client Service Representative - Work from home

Silatech is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, who are driven, independent, and possess strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates to account information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate client requests and ensure seamless service delivery. 4. Actively listen to client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in our services. 5. Stay informed about Silatech's products and services to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. 4. Proficient in using technology for communication and data management. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
