Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Science & Technology Park is seeking a reliable and confident Client Service Representative to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company database - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist clients - Assist with special projects or tasks as needed

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Client Service Representative or a similar customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and ability to work under pressure - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
