Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Client Service Specialist to join our team at Al Jazeera Media Network in Doha. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner. This position is part-time and is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the media industry.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services - Develop strong relationships with clients to increase satisfaction and loyalty - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client service or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and dedication to meeting client needs - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
