Job Description:
Silatech is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team in Doha, QA. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client needs and facilitate the delivery of services. 4. Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to improve overall client experience. 5. Utilize project management skills to track client interactions, document feedback, and identify areas for improvement. 6. Deliver presentations to clients on new products, services, or updates to existing offerings. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable and relevant support to clients.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a client service role or similar position. 2. Strong presentation and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
