Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service roles. The successful candidate will be motivated and hardworking, with strong adaptability and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional service delivery - Manage client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively - Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with clients to discuss services and address any questions - Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination in client services - Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary - Track and report client satisfaction metrics to management - Provide feedback on client needs and preferences to improve service offerings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
