Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be independent, driven, and possess strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date and accurate - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Analyze client data and provide insights to drive business decisions and improve overall client satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the client experience and drive retention - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service processes - Handle any escalated issues with diplomacy and professionalism

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proven decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
