Job Description - Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


Qatar Petroleum is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team in Doha. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch client service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to address any concerns or issues. 6. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client status and performance. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure top-notch service delivery. 9. Handle any client escalations effectively and professionally. 10. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the client services department.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. 3. Strong leadership and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proven track record of building client relationships and delivering exceptional service. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 9. Strong problem-solving abilities. 10. Demonstrated passion for delivering superior client service.
