Client Service Specialist

As a Client Service Specialist at Hilton in Doha, QA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued guests. In this part-time, entry-level position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest needs are met and exceeded, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Address any guest inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled - Provide recommendations and information about local attractions and amenities - Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude at all times - Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience - Stay up-to-date on hotel offerings and promotions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Driven and energetic personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
