Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team in Doha. As an Associate level position with a requirement of 3 years of experience, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and support to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of services to clients - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and feedback collection

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client service or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for clients - Emotional intelligence to navigate challenging client situations and build strong relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
