Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, QA. As an Associate level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Managing and resolving client complaints - Educating clients on our products and services - Processing client orders and payments accurately - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Providing feedback to the management team on client preferences and needs - Implementing strategies to retain and grow client base

Requirements: - Must be driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities - Previous experience in people management is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
