Client Service Specialist - Work from home

As a Client Service Specialist at Qatar Steel Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from your own home. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Handle incoming inquiries and resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our clients - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Requirements: - Motivated and energetic with a positive attitude - Strong negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues - Innovative mindset to find creative solutions to customer problems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
