Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

United Development Company (UDC) is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and energetic, with strong presentation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues with our products or services. 3. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in a client support role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
