Client Support Assistant

We are seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team at Qatar Sports Investments in Doha. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and will exude confidence in their interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist with onboarding new clients and conducting training sessions. 3. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives related to client support.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 2. Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions. 3. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous experience in client support or a similar role. 6. A passion for sports and a strong understanding of the sports industry.
