Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and must possess a hardworking and dedicated attitude.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide efficient and effective support to clients remotely via phone and email. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to cargo shipments. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate information to clients regarding services and pricing. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance client support services. 5. Update and maintain client records and documentation in the company database. 6. Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and follow-up on pending issues. 7. Assist in administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 2. Previous experience in customer service or client support roles. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Strong research skills to gather information for client inquiries. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Must be detail-oriented and organized.
