Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team at Mall of Qatar. As a key member of our client support team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and project management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and issues via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving any technical issues. 3. Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any client-related issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support to clients. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and communicate them to the team. 7. Work closely with the team to meet and exceed client support service level agreements.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a client support role or similar. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
