Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team at Al Jazeera Media Network. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home, providing support to our clients. As an Associate Level candidate, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to address client inquiries effectively. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients. 5. Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up on any unresolved issues. 6. Work independently to meet established KPIs and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. 7. Communicate effectively with internal teams to escalate issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong adaptability skills to handle changing priorities and client needs. 3. Excellent negotiation skills to resolve client issues and promote additional services. 4. Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. 5. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
