Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to balance your work and personal life effectively.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Manage client inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in resolving client complaints and issues to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify potential client opportunities - Monitor client accounts and provide updates on product or service information - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Hardworking and reliable individual who excels in a remote work environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
